• The programme has passed rigorous assessment by the ILM (City & Guilds Group), CPD Standards Office and was also approved by Birkbeck, University of London for students studying PA Management at Birkbeck.
• The programme was developed as a response to Academic Research that Global PA Association completed with Kingston University Business School into the Secretarial, EA & PA profession which identified the key skills and abilities that the profession requires to progress.
• You will develop Executive PA capabilities in time management, project management, organisational skills, strategy, governance, commercial and business awareness, leadership and management, strengths and weaknesses, decision making, communicating with teams, understanding temperaments, managing difficult situations, emotional intelligence, assertiveness, communication skills and personal branding.
• This is a 6 week module programme (1.5 hours each Module), Live online with the Tutor each week. Each Learner has a follow up 1:1 call with the Trainer on completion of the programme and you will receive handouts and assessments.

• This programme is recommended for Executive PAs with a minimum of 2 years experience as an EA or PA who wish to personally self develop and gain commercial and business awareness.
• The programme is also a refresher for highly experienced Executive PAs and Executive Assistants looking to deepen their knowledge and learning.

Two years minimum experience as an Executive PA, Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, Admin Assistant or Executive Assistant.

Opportunity to progress to become a Senior PA, Senior Secretary or Executive Assistant. Salary range of £35k - £55k.
